Testimonials

We’ve always believed that our clients are our best sales people. Below are testimonials from actual clients. If you would like to talk with one of our clients, call us and we’ll get you their phone number!

I had a home that was unfinished in Saratoga Springs. I thought that it would be impossible to sell. Brian sold it and negotiated with my bank to let me off of the hook and was able to get them to not report it on my credit. Brian is really good at what he does and he helped me to understand what was going on the entire way.
Justin (Saratoga Springs)
I was referred to Brian by another real estate broker. He said that Brian was the best at handling short sales. Through my experiences with them, I would now agree with him. Brian was able to deal with Bank of America and get them to finally put an end to the stupidity of their organization. Bank of America kept on dragging their feet and making us start over many times. Finally after a year and a half we were able to get our approval letter and close it out. The strategies that Brian and his team use to complete their short sales are amazing and it made a difference in our lives. Would happily refer him to anyone.

I built a spec home in Kaysville. I had it listed for almost a year before my realtor at the time told me to talk to Brian about selling my home. He was able to sell it to one of his own clients within a week and was able to negotiate the short sale on it. He was able to get the bank to forgive the debt and sell the home without any more of an obligation on my part. I was so excited to put that behind and move on with my life. Brian and his team were able to come in and get the job done right and quickly.
Eric (Kaysville)
I am self employed and when the recession hit, my clientele dried up. I was no longer able to afford the things that I had once been able to do without a problem. My wife went back to work and I did everything I could but to no avail. A good friend of mine referred me to Brian and he came to our home to help us. He was very patient and understanding. It was a very emotional part of our lives. He was able to sell the home and get the bank to forgive the debt. He even had to sell the home multiple times as buyers kept on backing out. Brian and his team held in there to get the job done even when I wanted to give up and forget the whole thing. I am no longer in danger of having a foreclosure on my credit. Most importantly, I was able to move on with my life and start over.

My name is Cameron and I am an agent with Keller Williams. I have referred Brian many of my clients because of his knowledge and expertise in the pre-foreclosure arena. I sit in on the initial interviews with my clients and Brian is very up front and direct with people on where they are at with their individual situation and what to do to get out of it. Brian shows that he really cares and genuinely wants to help. Even though these families are in difficult situations, Brian is able to relate to them and explain what is going on in a way that these people can understand. After my clients have decided to work with Brian and his team, it’s as if a heavy burden has been lifted off of their shoulders. I can see it in their faces. After their short sale is complete, my clients have come back and thanked me for pointing them in the right direction. He was even able to coach one of my clients on how to keep their home when they thought foreclosure was eminent. I will refer the Pitcher Group to anyone I know.

My name is Pete and I am a real estate broker here in Salt Lake. I refer all of my clients to Brian and his team that need to do a short sale or just need their situation analyzed. He has done such a good job that I referred my brother to him because I know that he has the knowledge and expertise to make sure that my brother is taken care of. I will continue to refer all of my clients that are in pre-foreclosure to consult with them.

I was referred to Brian through his mother-in-law. I had always heard about how good he was but then I got to see it first hand. We had several rental properties that were severely under water and the tenants were not paying their rent like they should. We got stuck holding the bag and couldn’t swing it several months on end. Brian coached us on how he could help us and then did just that. He was able to sell two homes for us and allow us to walk away without any further obligation or debt. We are thankful for him and his team. They were very ethical and professional. Would recommend doing business with them to anyone that wants results.

I was referred to Brian by another short sale realtor who wasn’t able to help me because of where I lived. He felt that Brian and his team could better take care of me. I had a divorce situation and was neither able nor willing to continue to make payments on my home. I had a first and second mortgage and Brian was able to get both mortgages to forgive the debt. He was truly able to advise me on what I needed to do to prepare for this. The Pitcher Group was there for all of my questions and very quick to respond to any inquiries I had. I am very happy and would say that Brian and his team surpassed my expectations. I don’t know how he gets the banks to do what he does but I am grateful.
Nicole (Taylorsville)
Brian was able to give me great advice when I needed it most. I received a job transfer to Arizona and I owed way more than what my home was worth. Brian coached me on what I would need to do to be able to buy a home in AZ and short sale my home here without any further liability. I didn’t have to file bankruptcy like others had urged me to do. I was able sell my home, and buy another one without a lot of damage to my credit. Brian’s team was great to work with. I know that the Pitcher Group works with a lot of families but I felt like I was their only client.
Gabriel (Avenues SLC)
I responded to one of Brian’s letters that he sent me about the mortgage debt forgiveness relief act. He came to my home and explained how this would apply to me. We ended up selling our home for less than what was owed and Brian made sure that the bank forgave the debt. At the very end, the mortgage insurance company requested $10,000 cash at closing or they would just have them foreclose on us. Brian stepped up to bat and got them to reduce it to $2000, which was one mortgage payment. We were glad to pay that so that we wouldn’t have a foreclosure on our credit. Brian truly did help us understand what was going on the entire time so that it wasn’t stressful. When we are ready to buy again we will definitely use him and his team.

Brian contacted me at a time in my life when nothing was going right. I had a home that was unfinished and going into foreclosure. The bank had quit giving the draws on it while it was being built. The bank had paid the builder but the builder didn’t pay the sub contractors. A lien appeared on title and that was it for the loan. I didn’t have the money to pay the subcontractors and our dream home subsequently was going into foreclosure. Brian then contacted me as a referral from the bank stating that he would be able to help me. He was the first realtor that I spoke with that actually had confidence that he could get the job done. After he started working on this one, I had him take over the listing of the home that I was living in that was also going into foreclosure. Brian got further with it in one week than the other realtor had in nine months. In the end, Brian and his team sold both of my homes and got the bank to forgive the debt on both. With one of my properties, he was able to get the bank to not report the default on my credit. They definitely went above and beyond in my book and I will use the Pitcher Group in any of my real estate dealings in the future.

My husband and I had built a new home in Riverton. On the day of closing, the buyers who were buying our home backed out leaving us stuck with two homes and two mortgage payments. We tried to rent it out and were successful in doing so but it required us to subsidize the rent to make the payment on the rental. (more…)
Kim (Salt Lake City)
My home was going into foreclosure as my husband had lost his job. We thought we could catch up once he got a new job, but we had to relocate. We were supporting two households. We didn’t know what to do and we were embarrassed. My realtor and good friend referred me to Brian and his team when I notified him that we had a foreclosure notice on our door. Brian came in within days of the foreclosure and got them to postpone it. He was able to get them to postpone it for 9 months until we were able to get the sale approved and closed. Brian saved us from a bankruptcy and a foreclosure. He was able to get the second mortgage to forgive $150,000 in debt through the sale of the property. We will definitely use him again. Working with Brian and his team was a great experience. We truly feel like we were taken care of and that he went above and beyond the call of duty.
