I had a home that was unfinished in Saratoga Springs. I thought that it would be impossible to sell. Brian sold it and negotiated with my bank to let me off of the hook and was able to get them to not report it on my credit. Brian is really good at what he does and he helped me to understand what was going on the entire way.

I was referred to Brian by another real estate broker. He said that Brian was the best at handling short sales. Through my experiences with them, I would now agree with him. Brian was able to deal with Bank of America and get them to finally put an end to the stupidity of their organization. Bank of America kept on dragging their feet and making us start over many times. Finally after a year and a half we were able to get our approval letter and close it out. The strategies that Brian and his team use to complete their short sales are amazing and it made a difference in our lives. Would happily refer him to anyone.

I built a spec home in Kaysville. I had it listed for almost a year before my realtor at the time told me to talk to Brian about selling my home. He was able to sell it to one of his own clients within a week and was able to negotiate the short sale on it. He was able to get the bank to forgive the debt and sell the home without any more of an obligation on my part. I was so excited to put that behind and move on with my life. Brian and his team were able to come in and get the job done right and quickly.

Brian was able to give me great advice when I needed it most. I received a job transfer to Arizona and I owed way more than what my home was worth. Brian coached me on what I would need to do to be able to buy a home in AZ and short sale my home here without any further liability. I didn’t have to file bankruptcy like others had urged me to do. I was able sell my home, and buy another one without a lot of damage to my credit. Brian’s team was great to work with. I responded to one of Brian’s letters that he sent me about the mortgage debt forgiveness relief act. He came to my home and explained how this would apply to me. We ended up selling our home for less than what was owed and Brian made sure that the bank forgave the debt. At the very end, the mortgage insurance company requested $10,000 cash at closing or they would just have them foreclose on us. Brian stepped up to bat and got them to reduce it to $2000, which was one mortgage payment. We were glad to pay that so that we wouldn’t have a foreclosure on our credit. Brian truly did help us understand what was going on the entire time so that it wasn’t stressful. When we are ready to buy again we will definitely use him and his team.

Brian contacted me at a time in my life when nothing was going right. I had a home that was unfinished and going into foreclosure. The bank had quit giving the draws on it while it was being built. The bank had paid the builder but the builder didn’t pay the sub contractors. A lien appeared on title and that was it for the loan. I didn’t have the money to pay the subcontractors and our dream home subsequently was going into foreclosure. Brian then contacted me as a referral from the bank stating that he would be able to help me. He was the first realtor that I spoke with that actually had confidence that he could get the job done. After he started working on this one, I had him take over the listing of the home that I was living in that was also going into foreclosure. Brian got further with it in one week than the other realtor had in nine months. In the end, Brian and his team sold both of my homes and got the bank to forgive the debt on both. With one of my properties, he was able to get the bank to not report the default on my credit. They definitely went above and beyond in my book and I will use the Pitcher Group in any of my real estate dealings in the future.

My husband and I had built a new home in Riverton. On the day of closing, the buyers who were buying our home backed out leaving us stuck with two homes and two mortgage payments. We tried to rent it out and were successful in doing so but it required us to subsidize the rent to make the payment on the rental. (more…)

My home was going into foreclosure as my husband had lost his job. We thought we could catch up once he got a new job, but we had to relocate. We were supporting two households. We didn’t know what to do and we were embarrassed. My realtor and good friend referred me to Brian and his team when I notified him that we had a foreclosure notice on our door. Brian came in within days of the foreclosure and got them to postpone it. He was able to get them to postpone it for 9 months until we were able to get the sale approved and closed. Brian saved us from a bankruptcy and a foreclosure. He was able to get the second mortgage to forgive $150,000 in debt through the sale of the property. We will definitely use him again.
