I was referred to Brian by another short sale realtor who wasn’t able to help me because of where I lived. He felt that Brian and his team could better take care of me. I had a divorce situation and was neither able nor willing to continue to make payments on my home. I had a first and second mortgage and Brian was able to get both mortgages to forgive the debt. He was truly able to advise me on what I needed to do to prepare for this. The Pitcher Group was there for all of my questions and very quick to respond to any inquiries I had. I am very happy and would say that Brian and his team surpassed my expectations. I don’t know how he gets the banks to do what he does but I am grateful.
