My husband and I had built a new home in Riverton. On the day of closing, the buyers who were buying our home backed out leaving us stuck with two homes and two mortgage payments. We tried to rent it out and were successful in doing so but it required us to subsidize the rent to make the payment on the rental. We knew that this could not go on forever. Our tenant referred us to Brian who was able to educate us on what we could do. We figured, what have we got to lose? We didn’t have to pay for his services. The bank took care of all that. He took a very stressful situation and made it very non-stressful, and we felt we were in very capable hands. Several months went by and we had a completed short sale. The home was sold and the stress was gone. He was able to get the bank to forgive our debt. We would recommend him to anyone.
