Brian was able to give me great advice when I needed it most. I received a job transfer to Arizona and I owed way more than what my home was worth. Brian coached me on what I would need to do to be able to buy a home in AZ and short sale my home here without any further liability. I didn’t have to file bankruptcy like others had urged me to do. I was able sell my home, and buy another one without a lot of damage to my credit. Brian’s team was great to work with. I know that the Pitcher Group works with a lot of families but I felt like I was their only client.
