Eric (Kaysville)

I built a spec home in Kaysville. I had it listed for almost a year before my realtor at the time told me to talk to Brian about selling my home. He was able to sell it to one of his own clients within a week and was able to negotiate the short sale on it. He was able to get the bank to forgive the debt and sell the home without any more of an obligation on my part. I was so excited to put that behind and move on with my life.
