My name is Cameron and I am an agent with Keller Williams. I have referred Brian many of my clients because of his knowledge and expertise in the pre-foreclosure arena. I sit in on the initial interviews with my clients and Brian is very up front and direct with people on where they are at with their individual situation and what to do to get out of it. Brian shows that he really cares and genuinely wants to help. Even though these families are in difficult situations, Brian is able to relate to them and explain what is going on in a way that these people can understand. After my clients have decided to work with Brian and his team, it’s as if a heavy burden has been lifted off of their shoulders. I can see it in their faces. After their short sale is complete, my clients have come back and thanked me for pointing them in the right direction. He was even able to coach one of my clients on how to keep their home when they thought foreclosure was eminent. I will refer the Pitcher Group to anyone I know.
